Transparency and fairness are fundamental to every Executive Narrative GCC engagement. This policy explains how our advisory process, revisions, cancellations, and refunds are managed to ensure clarity and confidence for every client.
Career Assessment Report
Every engagement begins with the preparation of an Career Assessment Report.
This strategic document is developed after reviewing your CV, LinkedIn profile, supporting documents, career objectives, and target opportunities. It outlines the recommended positioning strategy that will guide the remainder of the project.
The Career Assessment Report is a professional advisory deliverable and forms part of the purchased service.
Cancellation Before Strategy Delivery
If you decide to cancel your engagement before the Career Assessment Report has been delivered, you may request a cancellation.
As professional consultation, profile analysis, market research, and strategic planning commence immediately after payment is received, 50% of the total project fee will be refunded.
The remaining 50% covers the professional time, consultation, research, and strategic advisory work already undertaken.
After Strategy Approval
Once the Career Assessment Report has been generated and delivered to your portal, the strategy phase is officially complete, and the threshold for a full refund has passed.
Clicking “Approve Career Assessment Report” inside your portal is the formal trigger that releases your engagement into final asset production — CV and LinkedIn write-ups. This action moves the engagement into the production phase.
At this stage:
- The scope of work has been mutually agreed.
- Professional resources have been allocated.
- Writing and document development commence based on the approved strategy.
Payments become non-refundable once the Career Assessment Report has been generated, delivered, and approved — this milestone is final and locks in the engagement.

Our Professional Satisfaction Commitment
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If the initial draft does not accurately reflect your experience, achievements, or the agreed positioning strategy, we will continue working with you through reasonable revisions until your documents accurately represent the approved strategy and agreed scope of work.
This commitment applies only to the original scope of the engagement and does not extend to:
- Changes to career objectives after work has commenced.
- Applications for different industries or job functions not originally agreed.
- Newly acquired qualifications or employment obtained after the project begins.
- Requests for additional services not included in the original engagement.
No Employment or Interview Guarantee
Executive Narrative GCC provides premium career positioning, executive branding, and professional document development services.
While our expertise is designed to significantly strengthen your professional presentation and market positioning, we do not guarantee interviews, recruiter contact, job offers, promotions, visas, salary increases, or employment outcomes.
Hiring decisions are influenced by numerous factors beyond our control, including market conditions, employer requirements, competition, economic circumstances, and individual qualifications.
Executive Narrative GCC provides career advisory and branding services. Employment decisions remain solely with individual employers and recruitment organisations.
Exceptional Circumstances
In the unlikely event that Executive Narrative GCC is unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons solely within our control, we reserve the right to offer a full or partial refund where appropriate.
Any such refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Executive Narrative GCC.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved in accordance with this policy, Executive Narrative GCC will process the refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of confirming the refund request.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method wherever reasonably possible.
Please note that the time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider and is outside the control of Executive Narrative GCC.
Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Executive Narrative GCC and making payment for our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Professional Satisfaction & Refund Policy.
Payment for any service constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Executive Narrative GCC reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect engagements that have already commenced unless required by applicable law.
